according to length of stay, season, number of guests and
advance reservations always get the best price. Ask for
your military, AAA and senior citizen discount.
Balance
of payments are due 30 days before rental dates.

GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION:
● We accept credit card
payments through PayPal.

We accept personal checks, business checks, money orders, etc.
● A 50% deposit secures your dates.
● The balance of payments is due 30 days prior to
check-in.
● CANCELLATIONS: Must notify us 30 days prior to
check-in to receive refund minus $100 administration fee.
No refunds otherwise.
