GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION:
Sorry but, we do not
accept credit cards.
● A 50% deposit by e-check, personal check or money order is
required within 5 days of making reservation. Upon
receiving deposit we will email you a **Guest Agreement that
must be signed and mailed back to us within 5 days of making
reservation.
● The balance (plus lodging cleaning fee) is due 20 days before
check-in date.
● If making reservation less than 20 days before check-in the
full balance is due via e-check only.
● All rates are subject to 13.5% tax.
● 1 small pet welcome for a fee of $10 per day.
● 3 Night Minimum Stay Required for Holidays and Race
Weekends.
● CANCELLATIONS: Must notify us 20 days prior to check-in
to receive 50% of the full amount less a $50 fee. No
refunds otherwise. If we can re-rent the cabin we will be
happy to let you choose other dates that are available.
● We do not refund due to road conditions or inclement weather.
We suggest tire chains or 4 wheel drive during the winter
months.
